They are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and are subject to standard email retention practices. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months for user-level and event data).

This policy is governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, including An Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions as Regards the Protection of Personal Information (Law 25), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
