Services
Luca Marchica provides website design and development, Google Business Profile setup, booking and payment system configuration, funnel microsites, AI tools and bots, CRM setup, social account setup and content strategy, and hosting.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are provided after a conversation about what the project needs and are valid for 30 days from the date they are given.
How payment works
The site is built in full before any payment is made. You review the finished site on a real link, not a mockup.
If you decline the finished site, nothing is owed and no files are transferred. If you approve it, 50 percent of the project fee is due on approval and the remaining 50 percent is due at launch.
Hosting
Hosting is billed separately from the build fee, monthly or yearly. Non-payment of hosting may result in the site being taken offline after written notice.
What you own
Once final payment is received, you own the content, copy, images and delivered code for your site.
What I retain
Luca Marchica retains ownership of any reusable components, tooling and internal libraries used to build your site, and retains the right to display the finished work, screenshots of it, and your business name in his portfolio and in marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
What I need from you
Accurate business information, logos, photos and content, and confirmation of factual details such as hours, pricing and services before the site launches.
Third-party services
Services such as Google, Square and Netlify are governed by their own terms. Their availability is outside Luca Marchica's control.
Changes after launch
Revisions during the build are included in the project fee. Content changes and new features requested after launch are quoted separately.
Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost revenue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
